The art found in this Gallery is that of Arizona artist, Jeremy Yocum. All paintings are done in acrylic and ink. Various artists, music, travel, friends, family, students, and unique experiences inspire the many works of The Jeremy Yocum. Jeremy’s unconventional style is thought provoking, humorous, and absolutely uplifting. Through his art, Jeremy entertains with bright colors, abstract images, and large animated faces. With his creativity, he inspires and encourages others in their search for the artist within. Jeremy studied art at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, and now teaches art in public schools in the Phoenix area. He is experienced in jewelry making, drawing, painting, sculpting, and design. Mr. Yocum’s art has been displayed around the Valley, including shows at local record shop, Stinkweeds, local venue, Nita’s Hideaway, The Paisley Violin, and in various friends’ homes. Jeremy aspires for a bigger, more diverse audience with whom to share his work. |
